The core is a longitudinal grain of wood strip with width from 25 to 50 mm. The two faces are cross grain rotary cut veneer (one piece).

Transport, handling and storage

The product can be transported on vehicles secured against weather conditions or container only in case of shipping.
It must be flat placed on wooden sticks of the same thickness.
Individual bundles must be secured against shifting during transport
The products must be stored in closed rooms protected from weather conditions and high relative humidity in order not to get damaged.
They must be stored on even, solid supports, minimum 8 cm from the floor.
Individual bundles must be stacked, interlaced by three sticks of the same thickness one over another to prevent deformations.

Al Fannia HPL Blockboard is a premium product known for its high resistance to aging, scratching, color fading and deflection. We treat face HPL or Melamine, core veneer and wooden battens to protect against termites and borers. The wooden battens are seasoned in advanced kiln plants and precisely cut for uniform thickness. Double layered cross bands on top & bottom make the board stiff and warp free. The wood battens are long & systematically arranged under the supervision of our qualified experts.
